Item Type Configuration

Scenario Description​

Item types are the main entities in project management. For example, requirements and tasks can both be abstracted as "item types". You can add new item types such as "Bug" and "User Story", modify type icons, and bind types with workflow schemes and interface schemes to apply them to spaces.

Main Features​

  • Type Name: Names cannot be duplicated, length is limited to 2-100 characters, and cannot have spaces at the beginning or end
  • Identifier: Defines the unique identifier for the type, cannot be duplicated and cannot be changed after saving, can be used in script scenarios
  • Delete Type: When deleting a type, the system will validate. If there are items of this type, or if the type is used by type hierarchy schemes, interface schemes, or workflow schemes, it cannot be deleted
