Executor

The executor is used to control the identity under which this automation rule is executed.

The default is the user who triggered the event. For example: if there is an automation rule triggered when creating an item, when user A creates an item, the automation rule will be executed under user A's identity. If user A doesn't have permission for certain operations in the rule, the automation execution will also lack permission.

You can also specify other users to execute this rule.

Combined with field behavior, workflow, and approval flow permission controls, you can achieve operations that ordinary users are not allowed to modify, and only automation can execute.

Scope

Indicates the effective scope of the automation rule.

Tips: Use the "All Spaces" option with caution!
